Good morning Paolo
Your boys are now in our area. Saverio and Andrea
are staying with Alec and Sandra on their farm and exploring the Manawatu area
today. The weather is perfect, after an early morning frost.
The other two boys are at Ratana Pa, not far from
Wanganui.
They all enjoyed their time with our exchange boys
in Wellington. They were well looked after by NZ parents. Sherra-Lee is now in
USA with her husband who is a softball umpire for world important events. Last
year he umpired at the Olympic Games in Beijing. Te Utanga's Dad will see that
your boys catch the early flight back to Italy on Sunday week.
Tomorrow we leave for the Waitomo Caves, then next
day on to Whangarei to Peter and Shirley Bowers. Then we will travel up to the
Bay of Islands. The weather forecast is wonderful!! recently we have had so
much rain so it will be wonderful to have such a fine spell and warmer
temperatures in the Bay of Islands. We are staying near Rotorua on the return
journey. Ian's foot is still tender after the accident but he is coming with
us.
See you in September. Asegul has been wonderful
arranging our accommodation in Istanbul. Did I mention to you that Hona does
want to stay with Ian and me at La Ripa so we would like to have the room we
usually have with the three beds. Thank you for arranging that for us from
26th August until morning of 9th October. Looking forward to it a lot.
Love from us all
Rosalyn.
